With each experience a creative discipline permits the work in progress to have its own way from time to time. A good work of art that possess a mix of emotional and intellectual content keeps its illusion and visual energy alive forever." MEMBERSHIPS Artist's Statement Extracting the mental and emotional essences from experience, through sketching on location, results in the pronouncement of the visual energy of movement always present in nature. Back in the studio, where proper reflection can be brought to bear, manipulation and interpretation of the work progresses through the language of color, form, and texture to enhance the illusionary depth of light and color and instill the work with a conviction of its own. A work of art that possesses a mix of emotional and intellectual content keeps its illusion and visual energy alive forever. Carl Sublett, N.A.
